With more than forty years’ experience in the oyster shucking business, Jerry is famous for his expertise, and has worked closely, on a one-on-one basis, to ensure each of our team members, delivers the oyster shucking service with flair, efficiency, and unparalleled style.
Jerry’s oyster shucking skills provide pure entertainment. The high-profile expert of the industry has honed his art into what can only be described as a standalone show, with an instinctive aptitude for engaging guests as they watch the master at work.
