Brooke Lignow, the founder of That Oyster Lounge, brings a wealth of business expertise to the table. Brooke began her career in 2006 within the aviation industry, dedicating five years to hospitality management and public relations for Qantas. Brooke went on to create her own business within the entertainment industry, and has developed a professional management style, which guarantees success and efficiency.

She is thrilled to be entering into the oyster shucking sector and welcomes the new challenges and opportunities this new venture brings.

“I am especially excited about That Oyster Lounge, because it is the first in Western Australia to offer a female only oyster shucking service. It’s all about creating a sense of luxury, sophistication, and class, and what better way to do that, than combine a team of highly professional female oyster shuckers, with the best oysters and wines that Australia has to offer,” she says.

Brooke adds another winning aspect to the business, is the flexibility of the service offered, as her team of mobile oyster shuckers are free to travel throughout the State. In addition, each oyster shucking event will be carefully customised to ensure it is perfectly fitting to meet the individual requests of each client.
